Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What insurances do you take? What can I be expected to pay?

Accepted insurances are BCBS Network Blue, Ambetter, Aetna, Medicaid (Molina, UHC medicaid plan, NTC). Call your insurance carrier to verify your therapist is in network and to see what your copay would be.

Self-Pay Rates - Self-pay means you are opting out of insurance and wish to pay out of pocket. Self-pay rates are $120/session for 53-60 minute sessions.

Sliding Scale Fees - This means you are opting out of insurance but cannot pay the $120/session. Your session cost will be lowered based on your income and expenses. This is something the therapist and client work on together as an agreement that will be reevaluated. Sliding-scale appointments are limited and up to the discretion of the therapist.

Hardship Fee Agreement - This means you are opting out of insurance and also cannot afford a sliding-scale fee rate. This is an agreement between the therapist and client and slots are limited.
