NINA STANTON, LIMHP/CPC
Hello! I specialize in a variety of issues like anxiety, depression, loneliness, perfectionism, trauma, family conflict, relationship issues, etc. I also help clients connect the mind and body in therapy by integrating somatic techniques with traditional talk therapy. I'm committed to helping you reconnect with yourself—creating space for you to slow down and reflect.
I received my Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I was born and raised in Omaha and love growing our community. I have had experience working with children with autism during my time as an RBT before I decided to go into clinical therapy. During my master's program, I completed my internship at Offutt Air Force Base working with active-duty military with trauma. I have also worked in an agency setting helping those with major mental illnesses and gained experience in a group private practice setting as well.
Therapy is your time to work on YOU. I am dedicated in helping you access the best version of yourself and tailoring our sessions to meet your individual needs.
